or full payment on 1 night stays & is payable within 24 hours of making the reservation.
In most cases the balance is on arrival except for Groups . They must settle their balance 7 days prior to arrival. There are strictly no refunds on any cancellations. Bookings made 30 days or more before the arrival date can make changes before they settle the balance. Feel free to ask questions and arrange a viewing before making any payments.
Kindly request the bank details from us before making payment to ensure it paid paid to the correct account holder and to avoid scams.
Your booking will only be confirmed once the funds have cleared in our bank account and we receive your proof of payment by email or WhatsApp
We take an additional R300.00 breakage deposit per unit in cash on arrival which is refunded on departure after we have done an inspection of the rooms & the keys are returned.Check in time is from 14H00 onwards.
Check out time is by 10H00. If you are arriving later than 18H00 , you will need to notify the establishment of this.
Late check outs and early check ins are only permitted by prior arrangement & extra charges of R50 per hour applied.
Parking is available except for huge trucks and busses. Kindly enquire before making a booking.
Misconduct under the influence of alcohol is strictly not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the outside
Proof of identification is required on check in.

Minimum Stays
2 nights - over Easter Weekend and long weekends
Min stay for all group bookings of 20 or more guests is 2 nights .
Strictly no Visitors without prior arrangement.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Guests are to be considerate to fellow neighbors regarding music & loud talking late at night.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am - strictly .All communal areas including the
Braai area are to be closed at 10 pm
Bookings are strictly for Accommodation use only.
Cancellation PolicyWe have a strict non refundable policy . However, In the event of your urgent cancellation your deposit will be in credit for you to reuse at another available date within 6 months.
